The PETROLETTES RÄLLLY is a global motorcycle rally, where local groups of female+ riders connect for a joint ride-out to celebrate their passion for motorcycles and adventures. The first PETROLETTES RÄLLLY in 2020 started as an initiative to connect female riders despite the COVID pandemic. In that first year 8,000 riders worldwide participated.
In 2022 the Petrolettes RÄLLLY got a new wordpress based landing page.

In 2022 I created the landing page for that year’s edition of the RÄLLLY.

I outlined the project requirements for the website and was responsible for the backend production.
The key component of the rally landing page is an interactive map, where riders all over the world can find their local riding groups. The groups are displayed with the number of signed up riders and photos from previous years.
Easy to use sign up forms let participants sign up to take part in the rally, or register their city to be shown on the map to help others ging a new group.
In addition, the most motivated riders can apply to be leaders for their locale. This helps PETROLETTES to support these Petroleader with vital info and materials to organize the event in their area.

The PETROLETTES RÄLLLY supports international projects for female motorcyclists and enables local riding groups to run fundraisers for the Rallye. A separate section of the landing page introduces this project and inspires womxn to get involved.
I developed a newsletter layout, created facebook pages in different languages and an instagram account and outlined the corresponding social media strategy. In the following years I launched 4 more online stores in two other languages for the brand.

With 251 registered cities in 43 countries and around ten thousand participating riders the PETROLETTES RÄLLLY is the largest event of its kind.
